¨ VALUE OPTIONS - Contracted Systems Administrator (CSA) - serves as a source of information and referral to children and families. The CSA offers Care Coordination by telephone to families that require less support to maintain stability in the community. Various therapy and support services are available in a variety of settings through the CSA. |

¨ Youth Case Management (YCM) - provides face-to-face service for moderate risk children and adolescents. YCM can access, monitor and coordinate services to enable the child to participate fully in the community and maintain stability for the child. |

¨ BERGEN’S PROMISE - Care Management Organization - a private, non-profit organization that manages the care of children and families enrolled through the Division of Child Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS). Care Management is the most intense level of service available through the DCBHS.
BERGEN’S PROMISE provides comprehensive service planning for children and their families by helping families create, develop and run Child and Family Teams. The Team creates an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for each child. Wraparound services and supports are selected to enhance the stability of the child and family. |

¨ Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization System (CMRSS) - Provides on-site mobile crisis assessment to Bergen County children and youth between the ages of 5 through 18 who are in an active state of crisis or escalating crisis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is designed for children whose behavior is putting them at risk.
CMRSS also provides short-term, flexible services to assist with stabilizing children in their current living arrangement. Interventions are designed to maintain the child in the current living arrangements. Creating a comprehensive, coordinated Individual Crisis Plan with the family, crisis stabilization is provided and monitored for up to 8 weeks. |
