Who We Are — Our Partners
For access to our System Partners listed below you must phone the CSA first at 877.652.7624.
- Contracted Systems Administrator (CSA) serves as a source of information and referral to children and families. CSA offers Care Coordination by telephone to families that require less support to maintain stability in the community. Several support services are available in various settings through the CSA.
- Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization System (CMRSS) provides 24x7 on-site/in-home crisis response to children and youth ages 5 to18 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crises. The services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, keep children and their families safe, and maintain children in their current living situations.
- Youth Case Management (YCM) provides face-to-face service for moderate risk children and youth. YCM assesses, monitors and coordinates services to maintain stability while enabling the child to stay in his or her community.
- Bergen’s Promise, Bergen County’s Care Management Organization (CMO), is a non-profit organization that manages the care of children and families enrolled through the Division of Child Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS). This is the most intense level of service available through DCBHS.
Bergen’s Promise provides comprehensive service planning for children and their families by helping them create, develop and run Child and Family Teams. The Team creates an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for each child. Wraparound services and supports are selected to enhance the stability of the child and family.
