Warm Line
FSOBC offers telephone support to family members, caregivers, and to those who reach out from the Bergen County community needing support with resources. We listen and offer support, information and referrals.

Peer to Peer Support
FSOBC employs trained Family Support Partners, themselves caregivers⁄parents of emotionally or behaviorally challenged children, who assist and support families enrolled in the Care Management Organization.
Education & Advocacy
FSOBC provides forums, workshops, guest speakers and other special events that inform and empower families about their role in the parent⁄professional partnership.
Other Programs
Support Groups
FSOBC hosts Parent2Parent groups at no cost for families and caregivers. On–site adult supervision is provided to children who accompany caregivers⁄parents.
Community Development
FSOBC develops and maintains its presence with our local legislators, schools, and businesses to gain their support and provide information. We partner with local planning bodies such as the Children’s Interagency Coordinating Council (CIACC), the Human Service Advisory Council (HSAC), and the Youth Service Commission (YSC).
Systems Monitoring
FSOBC holds systems accountable through feedback on family issues, concerns, and suggestions.
FSO⁄CMO Strategic Planning
FSOBC and Bergen’s Promise (Care Management Organization), Youth Case Management and the Children’s Mobile Response Stabilization System maintain a close relationship and meet frequently to discuss strategies and share information so that system partners continue to provide excellent service to our families.
