Mental Health
There are four Mental Health Centers located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Care Plus NJ, Inc. (“CarePlus”) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that provides comprehensive, recovery-focused integrated primary care, mental health care, and substance abuse rehabilitation services. Our outpatient services are offered on a voluntary outpatient basis to adults and children at a total of 49 sites, including three outpatient centers (located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Hasbrouck Heights), ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices, all conveniently located throughout Northern New Jersey.

Vantage Health System is a private not for profit 501 (C) 3 charitable organization. In operation since 1957, Vantage is a system of community based facilities and programs located in Bergen County, NJ. We provide services to children, adolescents, adults and elders with mental health, addiction, developmental and eldercare challenges.
Locations: Englewood and Dumont
Founded in 1963 as a Child Guidance Clinic, West Bergen has grown into a comprehensive mental health center serving the residents of Bergen County and beyond. Since its beginning, the Agency has grown to now serve approximately 3,000 individuals, couples and families each year. The Mission of West Bergen Mental Healthcare is to promote psychological health and personal growth. Through comprehensive treatment and supportive services, we respond to the needs of our clients and the communities we serve.
We will distinguish ourselves as the metropolitan area’s recognized Center of Excellence and leader in the treatment of mental illness and its effects. Our services and programs will support our clients across their life span and will provide them, their families and our communities with needed counseling, therapy and education.
Guided by these principles, we offer a wide variety of quality programs and services tailored to the special needs of children, families, adults and seniors. Our goal is to provide research-based treatment that will help to improve the overall quality of your life and help you feel better.
